Are you a proactive individual with a knack for organization and a "get it done" attitude? Linus Media Group (LMG) is looking for a Logistics Coordinator, to become an integral force behind the scenes. You’ll help make the magic happen for over 16 million subscribers on our main YouTube channel, Linus Tech Tips, and millions across our other channels.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and office areas. Whether you’re helping bring ideas to life, supporting teams across the company, or lending a hand where it matters most, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Duties:
- Maintain an organized warehouse and office space to fulfill item requests from other departments efficiently
- Transfer items between our two offices and perform supply runs as needed using our company vehicle
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages from couriers and deliver them to the correct individuals
- Track, update, and manage our inventory system to prevent asset loss during transport across multiple filming sites and offices
- Disassemble and organize a variety of items such as furniture, appliances, and legacy and current computer hardware
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep our facilities safe and in top shape
- Take the initiative to implement systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and organization
Job Requirements:
- A positive, “get-it-done” attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve through feedback
- A valid driver’s license for regular transportation and offsite errands
- In-depth knowledge of current and legacy computer hardware with the ability to assemble and disassemble PCs
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines, by demonstrating strong organization, communication, and planning skills
Assets:
- Forklift training is a bonus, and any additional trade skills or 3D printing skills are a plus
- A valid First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
- Enthusiasm for technology and gaming
Compensation:
For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD $50,000 and $62,000 per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. LMG's compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit-based approach that acknowledges the performance of both the individual and the team.
