Individual accountabilities:

Technical & Design Skills

  • Act as a platform technical and functional advisor
  • Provide consultancy and best practices to global business teams
  • Represent with colleagues Arcadis tech in meetings with vendor enterprise team
  • Collaborate with Arcadis operational teams in adoption, pursuits and project delivery
  • Help administer and maintain data services and data platforms
  • Ensure data platforms knowledge management by creation and support of KBAs
  • Spread knowledge about and drive adoption of best suited data services and data platforms for a given task
  • Other related tasks as assigned by line manager

Application Management

  • Assist with data platforms patches, upgrades and enhancements
  • Help track and forecast data platforms usage
  • Support monitoring of cloud data platforms performance
  • Support functional testing and management of data platforms
  • Resolution of Level 3 support queries related to data platform + support other data platforms resolving tickets in the same hemisphere

Escalations

  • Support resolution of escalations, feedback, and communications

Compliance & Security

  • Collaborate with Arcadis enabling functions to ensure continuous security and compliance with Arcadis’ policies

Key profile requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of the data platforms
  • Ability to independently solve simple problems and accomplish tasks in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner when given high-level tasks or objectives
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team Project management skills, with the ability to conduct a simple project from inception to delivery

The salary range for this position is $78,000-$97,500. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
