This is a remote position for individuals located in Saskatchewan, with occasional in-person meetings required.

What You Get To Do

  • Manage calendar coordination and send out invitations for meetings.
  • Attend and actively participate in both virtual and in-person meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Track action items and follow up on tasks and communications.
  • Set up and manage SharePoint project folders, including managing access permissions.
  • Format document templates and assist in populating information.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain documentation for each project.
  • Provide regular updates to the line manager on progress regarding individual work.
  • Clearly communicate any issues with reports to directors prior to final submission.
  • Focus on client service in all interactions with team members and clients.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships.

What You'll Bring

  • Having 0 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is an asset
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work to own initiatives.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work
  • Good time management and coordination abilities.
  • Eligible to work in Canada or pursuing a work permit.
