Project Manager – Industrial Construction
Location: Langley, BC
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Our client, a well-established industrial construction firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of design-build and tenant improvement projects. With a strong pipeline of industrial developments, they are looking for a skilled professional who can take projects from pre-construction through to completion while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects
Proven ability to lead projects from pre-construction to completion
Strong understanding of design-build and tenant improvement processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships effectively
