Liberty Entertainment Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the VP/Legal Counsel. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Liberty Entertainment Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the VP/Legal Counsel. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and other department heads, ensuring smooth and clear communication.
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist in organizing and executing conferences and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks.
