The Adobe Campaign Classic Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques to create data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing automation, web services, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Design, build, and optimize complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys and experiences based on data insights.
  • Utilize Adobe Campaign Classic workflows, segmentation, and automation tools to enhance customer engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather campaign requirements and translate them into effective marketing automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with other marketing tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target).

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance with industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Integration & Development

  • Develop and optimize customer segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Implement data-driven marketing solutions through REST APIs, SOAP web services, and ETL processes.
  • Support integration between Adobe Campaign Classic and other enterprise platforms.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Proficiency in other Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience in data management, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in XML and SOAP for data integration and web services.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing campaign templates.
  • SQL expertise for database management and querying.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs for integrating Adobe Campaign Classic with other systems.
  • Understanding of data workflows and ETL processes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other marketing automation tools and platforms.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
