ATB 101 is a student work experience and engagement program. Our ATB 101 students play an integral role in the success of our business. As an ATB 101 student you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to ATB through challenging, meaningful and diverse opportunities and make a positive impact for our clients and each other. Role
As ATB’s next Technology and Data Student, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Technology and Data team for the summer. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our technology and data operations:

Role
As ATB’s next Technology and Data Student, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Technology and Data team for the summer. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our technology and data operations:
Accountabilities
- Supporting Operational Work and Projects: You'll assist the team with operational work along with various projects related to Technology and Data, including:
- Assist with the implementation and support of PP&S technology ecosystem, including data migration, validation, and system configuration.
- Work on ad hoc analysis requests to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and develop reports to track key metrics and trends.
- Assist with data entry, validation, and cleaning to ensure data quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve system and data processes and efficiency.
- Assist with documenting and maintaining operational and system processes.
- General Administrative Support: You'll provide general administrative support to the Technology and Data team, including:
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination.
- People Places & Spaces on site team coverage.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements for ATB 101:
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program related to Data Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently and proactively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and toolsets
- Proficiency in Google Suite with a strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
- A passion for data and a commitment to contributing to a data-driven culture.
