What you'll do

• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
• Ensures products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection).
• Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and resolving issues.
• Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area and immediate clean up of spills and debris; operates material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, and quality standards; demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests.
