Employment Type: 0.4 FTE (Mondays & Fridays)

Wage: $21.84 - $24.74/hr

Cascade Christian School is accepting applications for a part-time Inclusive Education Assistant/Youth Care Worker to support Grade 2 students. This role is for 2 days per week, on Mondays and Fridays. You will work under the direction of the Inclusive Support Teacher and in collaboration with the classroom teacher to support students in a strengths-based environment, helping them achieve their Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals.

Qualifications:

Certification in Youth Care Work and/or Education Assistance, along with experience in behaviour intervention is preferred.
A heart for supporting diverse learners within a Christ-centered community.
