Job Description

ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk for a remote lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, acting as a point of reference for guests, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns. Responsibilities include oversight or delegation of tasks within guest services operations, requiring strong organization and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand guests' needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting hotel activities and facilities
• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Fulfill special requests from hotel guests and assist in organizing special events
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc., upon guest request
• Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversee task completion
• Coordinate guest itineraries prior to arrival for requests received via phone, fax, and email

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required
• Supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. It may require uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
