Bayshore is an eligible employer supporting Health Force Ontario Funding program for PSW Graduates and Students.

PSW Students completing their clinical placement with Bayshore may be eligible for $5,440, PSW Graduates committing to 1 year of employment with Bayshore eligible for $10,000. Bayshore also supports relocation incentives for eligible PSW Graduates.

Compensation: $24.03 to $24.14 per hour. Mileage reimbursement (0.62/km)

Area of Work: Cornwall & Stormont County

Hours of Work: 5pm to 10pm (including every 2nd weekend)

Job Qualification

Education:

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).

Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

  • 2 supervisory references
  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
  • Proof of being negative for TB.
