Founded in Kingston in 1954, Homestead Land Holdings Limited has grown to become one of Canada’s largest and most respected owners of multi-residential apartment buildings. The founding principles of the company are still in place today, which are to provide residents with affordable, secure housing with a standard of care in which we would treat our own family members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and design engaging digital and print marketing materials, including signage, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements to support both ongoing promotions and new developments.
  • Manage and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand exposure.
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to ensure ad spend is allocated effectively and marketing efforts drive conversions.
  • Upload and maintain property promotions in the Yardi system, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Support marketing strategy by assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns for new property developments, corporate branding initiatives, and digital engagement efforts.
  • Provide graphic design and content support for cross-departmental needs, including HR, leasing, and resident engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • A degree/diploma in Marketing from a recognized College or University.
  • Experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in SEM and PPC advertising.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Design knowledge and skills to use Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
