Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, the analyst will actively participate in the analysis of the requirements, the planning and documentation of target processes related to the implementation of a PIM solution as well as the training of users.

Our expectations
Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, the analyst will actively participate in the analysis of the requirements, the planning and documentation of target processes related to the implementation of a PIM solution as well as the training of users.
ROLE :
- Understand current processes and participate in the establishment of target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate in defining test plans, validating results and guaranteeing the quality of the solutions developed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product information management needs and define PIM system requirements.
- Participate in the development of a data migration plan to a PIM, including the steps, resources required and deadlines.
- Participate in the configuration of business rules in order to customize the PIM system to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Oversee the migration of existing data to the new PIM system, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Train end-users on the use of the PIM system and provide ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize system usage.
- Monitor the performance of the PIM system after its implementation and propose continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in combination of education and/or experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Demonstrate rigour, initiative and autonomy.
- Knowledge of PIM systems and associated technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Previous experience in the implementation of PIM systems or in the management of similar projects is an asset.
