Purpose of the Role:

As the Senior Process Engineer, you will perform technical research for competitor technology analysis and undertake Engineering studies, including Techno-Economic Analysis, to benchmark technologies. You will also evaluate the expansion of the use of our technology in other markets and for different applications. You'll collaborate across R&D, Product, Active Materials Development, Business Development and Project Delivery functions to maintain and communicate the up-to-date Technology Maturation Plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering.
• You have demonstrated an ability to bridge technical complexities, innovate, and ensure high-quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
• You are proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and process simulation software (Hysys and Aspen).
• You are proficient in understanding Techno-Economic Analysis and can complete such benchmarking comparisons.
  
  

What Success looks like in this role:

• You'll work with technology experts and stakeholders to develop a robust and up to date technology maturation plan.
• You'll assess the technological landscape, identifying potential risks, and strategizing to mitigate challenges.
• You'll proactively address issues that may impact technology maturity or engineering execution, fostering a proactive risk management approach.
• You will facilitate seamless communication between R&D, product engineering, product delivery and project delivery teams to ensure mutual support and understanding of technology maturity risks and the de-risk plan.
• You'll perform technical research for competitor technology analysis and undertake Engineering studies, including Techno-Economic Analysis, to benchmark technologies.
• You'll effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• You'll be the key interface to the customer regarding technology development roadmap and de-risk plan.
