What are your contributions to the team?

Our team… The responsibility of the Transport & Operations is to provide service to the internal and external clients with courtesy, swiftness and to bring transport expertise to help ensure the coordination of active or pre-planned moves. Working on resolving problems and continuous improvements. Other relative aspects and not limited to are billing related issues , claims, awareness…

During your internship, you will contribute to:

 Learn different modes of transport and processes with our service providers, assist with amending processes if required.

 Plan different movements in sync with our service providers.

 Performing administrative tasks such as data analysis.

 Follow urgencies and work on problem solving (Transport,Customs,Billing,Claims etc.).

How to thrive in this role?

What we are looking for:

 You have experience with Transport and customs operations (is a benefit).

 You are enrolled in a course relating to transportation and customs and willing to learn more about the field and to share your knowledge.

 You are willing to learn, have lots of ambition, ready to support as a team, good communication will be very important.

 You speak and write in French and English,

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
