Executive Assistant

Requirements:

• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Google Workspace or similar platforms
• Previous administrative experience
• Flexible availability

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling meetings and managing shared calendars
• Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes and recording actions
• Managing and updating the actions list and ongoing tasks
• Preparing/organizing documents and reports
• Answering phones/checking voicemails
• Ensuring the office is stocked and cleanliness is maintained
• Maintaining and updating files and filing systems
• Managing office supply levels and placing orders
• Sending/receiving mail and packages
• Assist with repair and maintenance vendors
• Managing/updating the Vendor/Contact list
• Providing administrative support for HR - assisting to onboard new hires
• Posting communication memos/updates
• Provide support to the ownership team and other miscellaneous duties
