Office Clerk

Overview:

$17.20 / hour

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to apply.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

You’ll also…

• Complete administrative functions including but not limited to: data entry, resolving all payroll inquiries, print all paperwork for all retail departments, scan and shred documents
• Enforce all park and department policies and procedures
• Maintain labor reports along with other requested reports
• Respond in an efficient and pleasant manner to resolve all guest concerns on the guest management system
• Participate in and assist with the execution of motivational programs
• Assist the division with maintaining office supplies
• Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:

• You!
• Previous work experience in merchandise and/or games is preferred
• Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age
• Individuals must be self-motivated and possess above average organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Applicants must have excellent both written and verbal communication skills
• Applicants who demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
