Minimum Qualifications
Your day begins with reviewing the crew's hours from the previous day and accurately entering them into the payroll system. You then head to the construction site to meet with the foremen and crews, ensuring everyone is aligned on the day's tasks and addressing any immediate concerns. Throughout the day, you process trucking invoices, ensuring all deliveries and services are accounted for and correctly billed. You also manage a variety of paperwork, from safety documents to material orders, keeping everything organized and up-to-date. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations on-site, supporting the crew with admin work, and hands-on coordination with the team.
