A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

Compensation Details: $17.86 - $21.43 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. In addition, Wesco offers a full range of benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement savings plans for eligible employees. A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.
- Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
- Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
- Relocate and consolidate material
- Prepare and assemble packing lists
- Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- No experience required/ entry level
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment
