As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to support the growth and development of our teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as references, background checks and preparing offer letters.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a must.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
