Responsibilities

• Maintain a standard and public timeline for our expansion plan
• Align with network planners on the several projects they are working on, providing insight on complexity, bandwidth availability and latest result on past launch.
• Work with operation on successfully preparing the stations for new FSA launch while also ensure that everything regarding configuration has been completed on time.
• Review and manage the Hypercare Post Launch for new FSA
• Day to day monitoring of the network mapping VS the operational reality
• Work Hand-in-Hand with Project management and the station opening process to ensure that all Network related action item have been completed and tested.
• Support the station opening process by assessing the requirements and proposing the optimal solution while working with all the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Linehaul, Operations)
• Creates and maintains detailed, up-to-date technical documentation in a team repository.
• During Peak Season, Become the Command Center Trouble Shooting expert of the internal network
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Needs to be adaptable and a change catalyst.
• Need to be available for short-distance travel. (QC-ON region)
