The Opportunity

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll work at the crossroads of technology and data-driven insights to elevate Orennia’s brand as we advance the energy transition. The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic and results-driven marketer, whose expertise in demand generation and growth marketing will contribute to a number of exciting projects to propel Orennia forward. You’ll work in collaboration with a high-performing team to oversee our digital marketing capabilities. This role balances the technical and strategic sides of marketing, with a dash of creativity in the mix. The hands-on role will have you both in the details and addressing the bigger picture.

What You’ll Do

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to turn strategic goals into high-calibre digital experiences that set an authentic expectation for working with Orennia’s platform.
  • Plan, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns that meet Orennia’s marketing objectives.
  • Oversee all website enhancements, maintenance and content updates, working with the web development team to ensure successful, on-time deliverables.
  • Build a deep understanding of the energy transition space and engage Orennia’s subject matter experts to ensure materials in market are accurate and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Measure and report on all digital initiatives to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Influence key digital strategies including paid media, owned media, marketing automation, lead generation, nurturing, SEO, and ABM, working to ensure all initiatives are working in support of each other.
  • Manage campaign spending appropriately, adjusting allocated budgets to suit goals and optimization needs.
  • Build landing pages and support copywriting for digital marketing campaigns to balance targets with brand messaging priorities.
  • Work with in-house designers and agency teams to support creative asset development.
  • Identify new opportunities and provide creative solutions for increasing brand awareness and supporting Orennia’s growth.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and modern marketing technologies.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Have a deep level of expertise in digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, web analytics and conversion optimization along with the tools to support these activities.
  • Have a proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to successful digital marketing campaigns and overseeing associated budgets.
  • Have working knowledge of tools and technologies to support headless website architectures in addition to familiarity with web design and development.
  • You’ve successfully applied your knowledge of website best practices to drive SEO and enhance digital experiences.
  • You have exceptional writing skills. Professional copywriting experience for advertisements and landing pages is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation and account-based marketing in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Have a keen interest in the energy transition space.
