Material Handler II

As a Material handler, you will be responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory functions to ensure seamless operations within our distribution center. Reporting onsite and following the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

You Will

• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in adherence to company standards
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate material handling equipment efficiently and safely
  
  

You Have

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills to perform distribution functions
• Certified for operating material handling equipment
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  
  

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
