This job is for you!
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a given territory. You will spend 70% of your time acquiring new clients and 30% managing and maintaining existing relationships. You will play a key role in prospecting, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with grocery stores and restaurants in the territory of the South Shore.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (70%):
- Identify and prospect new clients in the restaurant and grocery sectors.
- Promote our products and services to expand our presence in the territory.
- Conduct regular visits to maximize sales opportunities.
Managing Existing Clients (30%):
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve issues for active clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Organize and provide training on how to use our products at client locations.
Customer Service:
- Be the main point of contact for clients in the territory to answer questions and resolve concerns.
- Offer exceptional customer service by collaborating closely with internal departments.
Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure overall client satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
Experience and Skills:
- A college or university degree in marketing, sales, or business management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, prospecting, and market development
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in waste management (an asset)
- Valid Quebec driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Show initiative and ability to work independently
