This job is for you!

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a given territory. You will spend 70% of your time acquiring new clients and 30% managing and maintaining existing relationships. You will play a key role in prospecting, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with grocery stores and restaurants in the territory of the South Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (70%):

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the restaurant and grocery sectors.
  • Promote our products and services to expand our presence in the territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to maximize sales opportunities.

Managing Existing Clients (30%):

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Resolve issues for active clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Organize and provide training on how to use our products at client locations.

Customer Service:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients in the territory to answer questions and resolve concerns.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by collaborating closely with internal departments.

Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure overall client satisfaction and meet sales objectives.

Experience and Skills:

  • A college or university degree in marketing, sales, or business management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales, prospecting, and market development
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in waste management (an asset)
  • Valid Quebec driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Show initiative and ability to work independently
