Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX/UI, and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience in software development or developers.
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership of one or more complex software products.
  • Experience with cloud operational use cases, application operation, data, networking, security, and troubleshooting.

About the job

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) offerings. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of how customers design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for IaC products and services, working closely with developers, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a compelling goal and strategy for IaC on GCP, aligning with the broader developer experience and Cloud strategies.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and assessments to identify opportunities and prioritize product initiatives. Own the product roadmap and ensure its execution aligns with the strategic goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and approaches to enhance our IaC offerings. Stay ahead of IaC industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and developer relations to launch new IaC products and features. Enable successful customer adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with developers, UX, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, drive execution, and ensure successful product development.
