What you'll be doing

As a Consultant, Privileged Access Management, you will be focused on improving our Secrets and Privileged Access management operations across the organization. You will be responsible for automating PAM processes and consulting on potential risks, identifying solutions, and implementing remediation in both technology and process. Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will partner with line of business and technology teams to proactively identify potential areas for oversight, presenting and implementing practical and achievable recommendations.

How you'll succeed

  • Secrets Management and IAM solutioning: Build, maintain, operationalize, and automate our secrets management solution and identity and access management solutions. Facilitate and implement operational requirements on various intakes and projects related to enhancing cybersecurity resilience.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to close adoption gaps and ensure new or changing processes can be operationalized seamlessly into business as usual operations. Lead your own automation daily operations tasks, maintenance, and monitoring of the Vault environment while demonstrating Agile frameworks.
  • Reporting and metrics: Report or build reporting on the current state of our centralized processes via various metrics.
  • Documentation: Prepare Use Case Documents, High Level Architecture, and process documentation including automation user guides.
  • Assist clients and mentor junior engineers in Agile standard processes, elevating team proficiency and cohesiveness.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience in secret management solutions like HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, automation through Ansible, YAML, Python, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of Data Security frameworks, Cybersecurity governance models, Cryptography, and Azure.
  • Understanding of SSH Key management, Certificate Management, and experience in Agile methodology and software (JIRA, GitHub, Ansible, etc.).
  • Digitally savvy and eager to embrace evolving technologies.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least five years of experience as an Information Security Consultant or similar role. CISSP, CIA, CCSP, or CISM designation is an asset.
