Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and a knack for inspiring teams? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to shine.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in elevating our brand within the design and lighting industry. At our company, we partner with interior designers to light up some of the most exciting projects across the country. From luxury residences to innovative commercial spaces, we’re dedicated to making spaces brighter, more beautiful, and undeniably captivating.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll wear many hats, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Team: Oversee and inspire our website and social media teams, as well as our newsletter production, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful storytelling across all channels.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan that positions our brand as a thought leader in the design world, engaging both our professional audience and the wider community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Website Excellence: Collaborate with the website team to maintain a visually stunning, user-friendly, and resource-packed online presence that resonates with interior designers.
  • Social Media Mastery: Guide the social media team in crafting scroll-stopping content that tells our story and builds an engaged following.
  • Newsletter Innovation: Manage our email marketing strategy, crafting newsletters that inspire and inform while driving measurable results.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to ensure we’re always moving the needle.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a natural leader and a creative powerhouse with a sharp strategic mind. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering results. Experience in the lighting, design, or interior design industries is a plus but not required.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire, manage, and grow a talented team of marketers.
  • Creative Vision: A flair for storytelling and an eye for design, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
  • Organizational Wizardry: Exceptional multitasking and project management skills, with a love for deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A strategic thinker who uses analytics to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software, and social media scheduling tools.

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s future and contributing to stunning interior design projects.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a passionate team that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Growth Opportunities: Be part of a company that’s growing exponentially and dedicated to your personal and professional development.
  • Perks: Competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to work with some of the most iconic designs in the world.

If you’re ready to take your marketing career to the next level and light the way for our brand’s growth, we’d love to hear from you.
