As a Consultant, you will work alongside one of North America’s trusted teams of workplace, cloud, and pre-sales professionals, impacting customers with innovative solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Role model our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result
• Work closely with our pre-sales architects and sales teams to meet with customers, develop a deep understanding of their objectives and spot new opportunities
• Engage in a highly visible customer-facing role
• Support a detailed, actionable Statement of Work alongside our architects and project managers
• Stay updated on trends and technology in core cloud and workplace technologies
• Continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll bring to the table:

• A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best solution
• A problem solver capable of uncovering & addressing the root cause of an issue
• A highly organized & proactive work ethic
• Passion for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, focused on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory, with Multi-Factor Authentication integration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of implementation consulting experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
