About the Relationship Manager Position

CHN is currently seeking a Relationship Manager located in London, ON. The role involves welcoming new students, liaising with schools and host families, and managing relationships as part of our Operations Team. This is a permanent full-time, fully remote position with an hourly wage between $18.50-$20.50.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage relationships between stakeholders
• Support cultural interpretation for hosts and students
• Plan and deliver training and orientations
• Maintain accurate records
• Build and support local host family communities
• Manage student and host family interactions
• Handle crisis situations and refer to professionals as needed
• Assume custodianship for local students under 18
• Travel within the local community

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Two years of homestay or related experience
• Community College Certificate or Diploma
• International experience preferred
• Event planning and public speaking skills
• Strong judgment and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and Databases
• English communication; second language preferred
• Organizational skills and accountability
• Relationship-building skills
