Job Summary

Join PROCECO as our Marketing Manager, where you'll spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance PROCECO’s brand, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This role calls for a creative and analytical leader skilled in both digital and traditional marketing. Drive impactful multi-channel initiatives, measure success through key metrics, and align efforts with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure best practices for SEO and user experience.
  • Create, optimize, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement (SEO, email marketing, social media, PR, and paid advertising).
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage company-sponsored marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials and written content, including brochures, videos, pictures, company presentations, sales material, and advertisements.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure all expenditures align with business objectives while collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in event planning, public relations, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot), CRM software (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, Search Console).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
