EXPERIENCE

Experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations
  • Payroll processing and maintaining employee records
  • Organize documentation, logs, and files
  • Administration/financial support to Financial Officer
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate events
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Assist with preparing reports
  • Communicate with trades and suppliers

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a critical role in supporting the day to day administrative and financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll, managing office tasks, and helping ensure smooth administrative workflows. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about building a career in construction administration and finance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or administration is required
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar) and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
