1 Year Contract

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

In this role, you will:

• Design and populate a database containing the processing parameters for all Master Manufacturing Documents
• Prepare Master Manufacturing Documents using the parameters from the database, and route for approval and signature
• Prepare and file Change Control Requests where required for the Master Manufacturing Documents
• Review and evaluate scanned Formulation documents for accuracy and completeness
• Enter data into Genesis and other databases
• Filing and assisting in maintaining the files of the Formulation department
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

You have:

• Minimum of a Technical Diploma in Science; preference for Bachelor’s Degree in Science
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Syspro, Asana and Veeva Vault (an asset)
• Ability to analyze information
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (an asset)
