Overview

Duties

• Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
• Identify new business development opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
• Search for new clients/leads and conclusion of contracts

Experience

• Proven experience in sales management, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
• Knowledge of Laser Cleaning or Dry Ice Blasting
• Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Ability to work in an outside sales capacity, engaging directly with clients in various settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members alike.
