Agilus is recruiting for a Filing Coordinator UWI in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We’re working with our client who is needing to hire a temporary Filing Coordinator with UWI knowledge/experience to join their Drilling team and help out over the next few weeks.

Agilus is recruiting for a Filing Coordinator UWI in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We’re working with our client who is needing to hire a temporary Filing Coordinator with UWI knowledge/experience to join their Drilling team and help out over the next few weeks.
Responsibilities
- Managing, organizing, and filing
- Helping to complete the transfer of wells for sales paperwork
- Pulling files from boxes, sorting them on carts
- Must have previous experience with UWI (unique well identifiers)
- Must have previous oil/gas/energy experience
- Able to lift up to 20lbs (boxes of files)
- Available for the full duration of contract
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending and lifting, and being on your feet all day
- $25.00 - $27.00 hourly
- Duration: Feb to March (chance of extension)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- Location: downtown Calgary
- Weekly payroll
