Are you ready to take the next big step in your culinary career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for an Assistant Banquet Manager who shares our passion for exceeding guests expectations and is willing to learn from and contribute to our Food and Beverage Team! Our Assistant Banquet Manager will be a key leader of a dynamic Banquet and Event team providing memorable experiences to our guests. Whether our team hosts a Wedding or a small meeting, our team is there every step of the way!

About the role:

The Assistant Banquet Manager will support the Banquet Manager in the day to day operation of the Banquet Space. Including; training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance and supervising all Kitchen personal in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

What you will bring:

Our Assistant Manager will have 2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or banquet space; have an in-depth knowledge of the Toronto restaurant scene, excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure and an extremely high level of professionalism. Attendance for training and special events is required.
