Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual that can support Regional Leadership with Business Initiatives and manage the company’s 3rd party service and education technology platforms. This responsibility involves ensuring the seamless operation of our technology platform(s), fostering innovation, and enhancing user experience, while also steering the TechConnect Committee's efforts to build strategic relationships, drive collaborative initiatives, and promote technological advancement.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual that can support Regional Leadership with Business Initiatives and manage the company’s 3rd party service and education technology platforms. This responsibility involves ensuring the seamless operation of our technology platform(s), fostering innovation, and enhancing user experience, while also steering the TechConnect Committee's efforts to build strategic relationships, drive collaborative initiatives, and promote technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Platform Management (THRIVE & Synthesia):
- Platform Oversight: Manage, monitor, and ensure the continuous improvement of the company’s technology platform(s) for optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Platform Development: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to identify opportunities for platform enhancements, new features, and scalability.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for platform services, ensuring they meet performance standards, SLAs, and align with company objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for platform improvements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for any platform-related issues, quickly addressing and resolving technical challenges as they arise.
- Committee Leadership: Lead the North American TechConnect Committee, which includes engaging key stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and ensuring strategic objectives align with the overall business and technology goals.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships within the tech community, including with executives, partners, and innovators, to drive collaboration and promote the company's platform and mission.
- Event Planning and Execution: Oversee and coordinate TechConnect events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the company’s technology offerings and foster community involvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the TechConnect Committee to meet both short-term and long-term goals, ensuring ongoing innovation, knowledge sharing, and partnership development.
- Committee Growth: Continuously evaluate the performance of the committee, identify gaps, and attract new members to ensure diverse perspectives and expertise within the group.
- Work closely with senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that platform strategies align with broader business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to gather feedback and insights from end-users and the market, driving improvements to both the platform and TechConnect initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor key metrics for both platform performance and committee initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Analyze feedback from platform users and committee members to continuously improve the platform and committee operations.
- Ensure platform operations adhere to industry regulations, privacy standards, and security protocols, keeping the organization compliant and minimizing risk exposure.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks related to both platform stability and committee operations.
- Support a small group of executive leaders with the planning and execution of meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting documentations (ppt, excel, PowerBI)
- Additional support as required.
- Platform Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology platforms, including hands-on experience in platform optimization, vendor management, and troubleshooting.
- Leadership & Committee Management: At least 3 years of experience managing committees or cross-functional teams, ideally within the tech or innovation sector.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting all objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and committee members.
- Event Coordination: Experience organizing and executing large-scale events, conferences, or networking opportunities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex problems, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- High-level technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technological concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and leading a tech community or committee is highly desirable.
- Occasional travel required for events and meetings.
