Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive content audits across digital platforms, collaborating with teams to refine and optimize our digital shelf presence.
- Partner with Marketing to maintain a dynamic and accurate website through timely content updates.
- Optimize website performance metrics, focusing on a user experience that's as reliable and caring as our company.
- Perform in-depth digital channel performance audits, identifying and implementing improvements to ensure they meet the highest stands of security and quality.
- Analyze digital marketing efforts using analytics and data visualization tools, providing insights back to the business to elevate the effectiveness of our campaigns and marketing tools.
- Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in tasks that enhance our processes and ensure compliance with our high standards for quality and service.
- Engage in special projects as required
- Attending a post-secondary education in Marketing
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Solid analytical and data-driven thinking
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as strong team player
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office suite of tools
