A career as an Associate in Integration and Transition at National Bank Financial Group Wealth Management (NBFWM) means actively contributing to the support of new teams in their activities, directly impacting the quality of customer service. This role allows you to leverage your process management skills, attention to detail, and expertise in documentation.

Your job:

  • Support new teams with the necessary documentation and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate the account opening process during integrations (onboardings).
  • Provide training and participate in documentary expert calls to support recently integrated teams.
  • Analyze complex issues related to operations while identifying associated risks.
  • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Prerequisites:

  • A bachelor’s degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management and writing procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounts and financial products.
  • Proficiency in Word, T80, GDI, Croesus, and JIRA.
  • Availability to travel regularly.
