Dental Office Manager

The team at Natures Design Dental located in Delta, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Office Manager on a full-time basis.

With monthly office meetings to build strength within the team, the ideal Dental Office Manager will collaborate, celebrate the wins, and continuously learn on growing our practice to reach its full potential. We strive for communication within our team and with our patients to provide the highest level of patient experience and care. Natures Design Dental is a busy clinic that is continuously growing, with the right Manager to lead our team we can reach our full potential.

Conveniently located in Tsawwassen Mills Mall we have been providing high quality dentistry to the Delta community for over 2 decades.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3-5 years of experience in Dental Office Management.
• Experience as an administrative staff member in a dental practice
• Clinical experience such as CDA or RDH is considered an asset
• Ability to support and train team members when needed
• Encourage and foster internal staff growth with team building activities
• Bring an innovative approach to leading the team and be the glue that unites the administrative and clinical team
• Lead by example and create a positive patient experience and leave a lasting impression with all patients by providing the highest level of patient care and customer service
• Senior level experience with Dentrix is required
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
• Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
• Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Demonstrates proficiency in managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
