Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 (+Production bonus to be discussed)

Guelph KIA is looking for an experienced full-time Detailer/Lot Attendant to join our growing team! We strive to provide the best customer service & top-notch maintenance work. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients.

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of customer vehicles
  • Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing
  • Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free
  • Detailing interiors, wiping dash, vacuuming, and washing floor mats
  • Apply paint sealant
  • Clean and polish wheels and rims
  • Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars
  • Notify supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement
  • Complete quality control checklist
  • Perform other repair duties as required

What Are The Must-haves…

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
  • Some experience detailing and/or as a lot attendant is helpful
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset
  • Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
