Positions Available

(Must be able to work all part-time shifts)

Position 1

• Sunday: 1300-1900
• Monday: 1400-2100

What Does a Loss Prevention Security Guard in Regina Do?

• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor at all times while being vigilant
• Stay alert and aware of the environment and potential risks
• Prevent theft and shoplifting by monitoring store activities and staff
• Patrol the store and focus on high-risk areas like the checkout and exits
• Identify and address threatening, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviors
• Prevent grab-and-run incidents with quick action and vigilance
• Call 911 when necessary to address emergency situations
  
  

Qualifications to Become a Loss Prevention Security Guard in Regina:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on maintaining a positive experience for customers
• Excellent interpersonal, computer, and telephone skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Previous tactical experience is a strong asset and will be highly valued
• Clean criminal background check
• Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can assist in obtaining this)
• Standard First Aid Level ‘C’ is an asset
