Location- Markham, ON

What You Will Do

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Solutions Lead to spearhead our business intelligence initiatives at Kenvue Canada. In this essential role, you will oversee a suite of analytical tools (including internal and external data), ensuring that our business intelligence systems align with the company's goals and drive performance.You will collaborate with key stakeholders while managing resources, budgets, and training to support the organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead Business Intelligence Strategy - Manage the execution of our business intelligence roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance dashboards and streamline business planning processes.

Build Relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, guiding the development and deployment of data solutions tailored to our business needs.

Vendor and Budget Oversight- Manage vendor relationships and oversee budget allocations for data and marketing research. Your insights will help enhance Kenvue’s data analytics capabilities by staying updated on supplier innovations.

Ensure Data Quality- Partner with IT and data management teams to maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance. You will help guide our approach to data quality and incident management.

Training & Development- Design and implement training programs to empower team members and new hires to effectively utilize our business intelligence tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You should be adept at balancing technical expertise with the ability to support commercial teams in leveraging analytics tools. Your ability to zoom in on details while keeping the big picture in mind will be critical to your success in this role.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a university degree is required; an MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive commercial and analytics experience
• Solid P&L and financial acumen, with experience in business planning and utilizing data resources for recommendations.
• Advanced analytical and computer skills; manipulating and modifying data, documents, and presentations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical skills for developing reports, analyzing data, recognizing trends, and crafting business narrative
• Knowledge of the Canadian consumer products industry, including category and brand strategies, competitor analysis, and retailer trends
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in insights and analytics and/or revenue growth management
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau (large data sets) is strongly desired
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
