Business Analyst/Project Manager

On behalf of our client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to support an initiative replacing and enhancing enterprise asset management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple streams of projects, ensuring they are on schedule and deliverables are met.

• Working closely with different project streams to understand their stages, schedules, and deliverables.

• Monitoring project progress, generating monthly status reports, and preparing presentations.

• Organizing and leading workshops with business clients, managing meeting agendas, confirming action items, and maintaining meeting minutes.

• Creating and updating requirements documentation and other communication tools.

• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing for various projects.

• Producing reports as requested by the program manager.

• Actively participating in Agile/Scrum methodologies as part of the working team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in IT as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Business System Analyst working on software systems.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
