Charter Coach Sales Representative

This is a seasonal full-time position with potential to become permanent, this opportunity is open to students seeking a co-op.

The Wilson’s Group of Companies is a locally owned and operated ground transportation and tour company serving Vancouver Island and Vancouver. In operation since 1962, we are a trusted provider known for our exceptional service, transporting groups large and small from one destination to another – safely and on time.

As a Charter Coach Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for rental and charter clients from around the world. This role is primarily responsible for completing bookings from initial contact through to follow-up, ensuring the development of long-term client relationships. This role works closely with our operations department and is an integral part of the Wilson’s team.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years’ plus experience in a customer service or sales-related role
• 1 plus years’ experience in an administrative or office-related role
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office Skills
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Transportation, tourism, sale or account management experience strongly preferred

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
