About the role:

Our business is growing fast, and so is our team. As HR Director you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing our people strategy to support the company’s growth and success. This strategic role encompasses overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, total rewards, compliance, and fostering an inclusive company culture. You will work closely with the executive team to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive employee engagement, and ensure Guestlogix is a great place to work. This position requires a strategic thinker and highly motivated HR professional with a hands-on approach, and a passion for people.

What you will do:

  • People Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with Guestlogix’s business objectives and growth plans
  • Talent Acquisition: Development and execution of strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans
  • Total Rewards: Design competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Culture Champion: Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Lead efforts to build and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
  • HR Operations: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives and driving organizational change
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
