Job Description

We're looking for a design technician to join our infrastructure team at one of our offices in Sherbrooke or Granby. We offer a flexible hybrid work mode that allows you to work both from home and at one of our offices in Sherbrooke or Granby. Primary Responsibilities

• In the context of civil infrastructure projects for a variety of customers (public, private, industrial), design and produce infrastructure plans: earthworks and drainage, drinking water systems, sanitary and storm sewer systems, urban roads, development of public sites and spaces, parking lots, etc.
• Support engineers and technicians in technical design and the preparation of complex drawings
• Perform various simulations using specialized software
• Calculate quantities and prepare packing slips
• Develop and prepare infrastructure models and plans using Civil 3D or Infraworks software.
  
  

Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) in civil engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software required
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Hold the ASP Construction card
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
