  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with digital media advertising, engaging landscape and Google's advertising and platforms solutions.
  • Experience in business strategy or consulting.
  • Experience in value selling methodologies.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As a Value Consultant, you will partner with clients to achieve their business objectives, drive transformation and advance maturity by articulating the projected and realized value of Google media and technology solutions, and helping to land their change. You will help our customers solve their business objectives/challenges with Google solutions through custom financial models and consultation. You will see opportunity in the unclear/undefined and turn it into an approach that delivers results. You will collaborate cross-functionally and influence others with excellent consultative ability and problem-solving skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery-based business processes with both marketers and agencies/partners, including developing custom business cases and financial models to illustrate the value of Google solutions, including AI solutions.
  • Enable organizational readiness through change management workshops, which combine case studies, insights, and thought leadership from the Value Consulting team, using the facilitation expertise to accelerate understanding and adoption of Google solutions.
  • Lead business storytelling initiatives, which includes facilitating inspiration-to-action workshops, events, and other programs in partnership with the Executive Experiences team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Developer, Analytical Leads, Creative Specialists, Cloud, and gTech. Act as the Value Consulting liaison to manage scaled efforts with Marketing and Agency and Partner teams.
  • Identify patterns from C-level conversations, innovate and pilot new solutions to position Google as a trusted advisor to clients.
