The Opportunity

Our Windsor project team is seeking an administrator to assist our site operations team. this is a fast paced dynamic role which requires strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity if you like the aspect of coordinating with multiple stakeholders and enjoy engaging and challenging administrative work.

What You'll Do Here

  • learn, interpret, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Tracks, records and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance.
  • Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval.
  • Establishes accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous items for the site.
  • Assists with the creation and submission of project billing.
  • Ensures and assists in the completion of accident reports.
  • Maintains an organized filing system on site.
  • Repetitive movement (data entry).
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prolonged sedentary positioning.
  • Travel to site locations will be required.
