We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative. As our representative, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer service experience to all walk-in and phone contact customers. This role will also involve maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers. We seek candidates who are highly motivated and excited about the opportunity to support all operational processes and procedures. Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly and frequent contact with all customers coming to the counter for sales and assist with problem-solving and maintaining open communication
• Order any out-of-stock, special order items, create purchase orders, transfers, and follow up with customers by phone calls to completion of invoice
• Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as accurate cash drawer
• Observe changes in inventory to ensure minimum stock levels and that store showroom appearance is appropriate
• Work with warehouse personnel to ensure tickets are printed and parts are pulled in a timely manner
• Assume other duties as assigned

Profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Automotive Knowledge is a strong asset
• Must have a customer-oriented mentality
• Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
• Ability to deal tactfully with customers
