Position: Pharmacy Assistant (Evenings & Weekends)

Shift: Late Nights & Weekends, Full time

About Us:

Mednow Pharmacy is a fast-paced, innovative pharmacy focused on providing high-quality, convenient care to our community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.

Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Mednow, you will play a critical role in ensuring prescriptions are accurately processed, billed appropriately, and prepared for shipping. The role requires you to work independently, managing high volumes while liaising with our Customer Support Team (CST) to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle evening and weekend shifts with minimal supervision
  • Liaise with the CST to ensure prescriptions are accurately processed, billed appropriately, and prepared for shipping the next morning
  • Work efficiently and manage high volumes of prescriptions during late-night hours
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support for any urgent issues that may arise
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of pharmacy inventory
  • Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and standards for safety and confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Pharmacy Assistant in a fast-paced setting
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
  • Availability: Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with various teams, particularly the CST, to ensure smooth operations
  • High-Volume Experience: Ability to manage high prescription volumes in a timely and accurate manner
